I recently watched a film called "what women want" staring Mel Gibson; in which he played a man who could listen in too women s thoughts. And as a it made me wonder what it is exactly that a Dominant wants from a submissive? This is only really a question for the non Professional Domms, as those who seek financial reward don’t really count.
As a sub I know what I am looking for, and what I am able to give in a realistic relationship. But I would like to know other peoples views. Subs as well as Domms, What are we looking for.
One last point, the film was good, but not as good as pay back. “I think we all know who I am talking about? And the scenes I am referring to?

I think this is a great question. If i truly want to know what a woman wants i need to find out from her. No two people are alike. For me, as a slave, this is a most important quest.

I think too many subs are fixated on their own needs and fail to become a successful servant because they don't really consider what it is that she wants. Once a woman knows that You want to make her dreams come true; and can actually see this in your behavior, she is likely to be impressed.

For me, it's not about my needs, it's about her needs.

If i never have a genuine intrest in pleasing her I am not much of a slave am i? At that point i am just a self seeking boob who is the one with all the demands. This is certainly not the behavior of a submissive.
