A short extract from a novel "The Flinker":
"The Flinker" (http://www.a1adultebooks.com/site.php?id=SusanS&pr=330&in=200) is set in an alternative society where men, the flinkers, are no more than objects for the pleasure of the females. This extract from the beginning of the novel sets the scene for the rest of the book, which follows the misfortunes of one female, a "matogle", who starts to worry about the fate of the flinkers but whose efforts to do anything about it lead her further and further into deep trouble. Her own particular sexuality and desires become her overriding consideration, and finally prove to be her downfall.

It was his turn to be the flinker.

He had been dreading it for months, although he knew perfectly well it was inevitable. He also knew that it was likely to be worse than last time, for now there were fewer males there would be more women at the scortium.

He dragged his feet as he walked, knowing that to be late would be unthinkable yet still reluctant and wondering if there was any way he could avoid it. There was not, of course.

He was met at the door by two of them, and instructed to disrobe. Miserably he left his clothes in a pile, and entered the benglion.

As he expected, there were more of them than ever. At least, he told himself, the majority were vixlings which would make it easier for him to keep the slambold when they demanded it, but there were a fair number of matogles and nagolds too. It made little difference, he told himself, the energy of the vixlings always seemed inexhaustible and although the matogles and nagolds might be less energetic their requirements were always quite as demanding.

All of them turned to look at him as he walked in, some of them rising from their comfortable chairs to see him more clearly.

He heard a voice, “Not very pleased to see us, is he?” A ripple of unpleasant laughter went round the benglion, setting the tone for the session.

A vixling asked “What first?” so this was clearly her first time. He heard a matogle reply in a low voice, but could not catch her words. He did not need to hear them anyway, he already knew.

Four of them advanced on him, two took hold of his arms while the other two stood in front and behind him. Why they bothered with the ritual was always a mystery to him. He knew where he needed to go and what he needed to do without them forcing him. He had done it many times before, and would continue to do it until, one day, at one of these sessions… he shuddered and put the thought out of his mind.

He heard a nagold giving instructions. “Harlia, watcher. He’s not to lose consciousness. Jilnira and Manglia, lifters - just in case. Make sure you listen carefully to Harlia’s instructions. Granchen, scramper. If Harlia instructs you, and ONLY if Harlia instructs you then make him scream once and then stop. Are we all ready?”

There was a question from the back of the room.

“Ah yes,” said the nagold. “Time limit.”

There was complete silence in the room.

“I think,” said the nagold slowly, “That on this occasion there will be no time limit.”

There was a gasp, an excited gasp from all of them.

“We’ve waited some time for this,” continued the nagold, “And I don’t intend to rush it. If we’re here for days, weeks, then so be it. Let it commence.”

No time limit! Surely, with so many of them, they could not possibly do that to him? Surely he would not survive it?

He had no more time to think about it. He was, as he knew he would be, pulled down onto his back on a wide padded table in the centre of the benglion. His ankles were buckled into place, and then his wrists. Granchen grabbed his gelkins and squeezed painfully in demonstration and to test what pressure would be needed to make him scream. She recited the rules: “Teeth, and you scream. Lack of effort, and you scream. Any attempt at avoidance and you scream. Make the required effort and all will be well.”

The first, a vixling, was already clambering eagerly onto the table. Kneeling with her legs either side of his head, she raised her short skirt and lowered herself gently onto him. Obediently he started to kiss and lick, well aware that Harlia was watching closely and ready to give Granchen instructions if he failed to perform in any way.

“Don’t rush it,” advised a nagold who was standing close to the table. “You’ve got all the time in the world to enjoy it, so make the most of it.”

The vixling pressed down onto him, smothering him completely for a few seconds but no longer. Yet. He knew, as she did, that Harlia was watching for that too, and that Jilnira and Manglia would lift the vixling immediately on her command if he started to lose consciousness - although he also knew that it would only be long enough for him to breathe enough to remain conscious, and then it would continue. He knew too that feigning unconsciousness simply was not worth the risk with Granchen holding him ready to squeeze at Harlia’s command.

The vixling started a slow back and forth motion on him. Slow. Very slow. She had taken the nagold’s advice not to rush. It was not going to be quick.

And there were at least fifty of them in that room...

Seems like a good story,Susan. I like the word 'Flinker',to describe the hapless male who is strapped down and under the constant threat of painful chastisement, should he be found to be applying himself less than 100% in his service to the vixlings,(another nice word).

I had a lot of fun with "The Flinker" and its sequel "Revenge of The Flinker".

It's interesting how descriptive invented words can be:

Vixling, as you said, describes a young and sadistic female rather well.
Matogle, equally, describes a mature female with the different attitude and looks that come with maturity.
Nagold, for an older woman, really doen't need too much explanation.

And then, of course, there is the act of smuntering - a female obtaining sexual satisfaction from on top of a male's face. The slambold - that part of a man from which sexual enjoyment is more conventionally obtained. Scramping - the act of causing a man severe pain by squeezing or twisting his testicles. And many more.

Anyone want another extract from "The Flinker" or from "Revenge of the Flinker"? Or shall I pick something different altogether for my next post?

The 'matogle' you mentioned, who begins to worry about the fate of the 'Flinkers',sounds a bit like an 'animals rights' activist. lol. About your next post,Susan, have you got anything that focuses on female feet? If not,I'm sure I will like whatever you post. Thanks.

I'm not sure I've ever written very much about feet. It doesn't do a lot for me (either my feet being touched in ANY way, or anything I can think of with other people's!!).

I do like boots, but mainly because there's something about wearing long, tight boots (preferably zip-up - not those silly laced ones) that makes me feel powerful. Not, of course, that I need to feel powerful. Most men either move away from me hurriedly or practically thrown themselves down before me and beg me to... well, I'll leave it to your imagination!!

I think that perhaps you have to have 'a thing' for feet,to write about them with feeling and 'authority',lol. Feet are at the heart of all of my stories.
To me,boots are like symbols of authority, which is ok,though I have never liked them myself, because they hide what I want to see. I like shoes, where parts of the feet can be seen, like mules, and shoes that offer the possibility of some shoeplay, like pumps and flats.
I am not suggesting this is you,Susan, but I know that some girls have somehow got the idea into their heads, that their own feet are not very nice, and so they wear footwear that covers them up.
Back when we were kids,I jokingly said to my sister that she had 'my Dads' feet. Well,I could not believe her reaction! I told her over and over, that I was just joking, that I didn't mean it,that I was only having a laugh, even that, she had 'Mums feet'.
You guessed it. She always wears shoes that cover her feet up from view, trainers, usually. Or,am I reading too much into it? lol.

You're probably reading too much into it.

But many "fetishes" and desires stem from something we can't have or can't readily see, and are often the opposite of whatever we see and do on a day-to-day basis. That, in part at least, is why so many men who are "naturally" stronger than women, love to have a woman who is sexually dominant - although most of them (not all) would run a mile if they were heading for a permanent relationship with a woman who dominated them in every aspect of their lives.

As for feet, from a very early age I preferred not to wear shoes whenever possible, and I still never wear shoes at home EXCEPT for the boots when I feel in the right sort of mood to "wield the whip", if you know what I mean!

Anyway, another story, perhaps? I wonder if anyone likes a bit of femdom humour (or 'humor', if you happen to be in the US). Perhaps a few chapters of Hairy Peter and The Gallstone might put a smile on a few faces - too many people take themselves and their fetishes too seriously, I feel.

I agree that not too much should ever be read into what is written in a fictional novel. I believe an author should be able to take a story to whatever destination they desire. For example, in the sequel to The Flinker, it is revealed, towards the end of the story, that it had been traditional in some towns, in Marthen's youth, for a vixling who comes of age to be allowed to practice smuntering her mothers flinker. This being somewhat on an educational premise and perhaps also as a right of passage. Therefore, although on some levels this may well not work for many of us, in the real world we live in, I feel it does make sense in the flinkers world where the male of the species has become no more than an object of sexual pleasure for the female, other than their default reproductive role.

 A vixling would NEVER be allowed to smunter (or squink) a flinker who is her own father, even in the old days of Marthen's youth. In "Revenge of The Flinker", there's no blood relationship between the vixlings and Aarthloc the Flinker, so there's no issue with Marthen's natural daughter doing whatever she wants to do to him - with Marthen's permission, of course. And Marthen did say that squinking was not an option - can't have all the vixlings and matogles getting rebendett, can we?

To further clear up any misunderstanding, perhaps I should have made it clearer that it would have been rare for a matogle to keep the same flinker who fathered her child, although not unheard of. Generally, a younger house flinker (in the old days before flinkers became scarce and matogles rarely, if ever, had one of their own) would be taken by the matogle once her vixlings approached the age at which they were considered mature enough to be taught the joys of smuntering. The original house flinker would then be sent away, to another matogle if he was lucky or more likely to serve a nagold or a group of nagolds.
Of course, by the time of the story, there were generally not enough flinkers for any female to have her own. It would have been highly unlikely that a vixling would ever have had the opportunity to smunter or squink a flinker at a scortium that her mother had squinked all those years previously. Apart from anything else, flinkers just didn't survive that long.

... but, having said that, perhaps everything will change if Aarthloc, aided by Marthlen and the three young vixlings, manages to revive all those long lost flinkers in the Helmwade. If, that is, he survives the attentions of those four insatiable females. And it's no good asking me - I don't know, yet. I haven't got that far writing the first draft of the third in the series.

Slight misinterpretation of Susan's work. I did assume that Marthen's flinker may have been Cedala's sire, owing to her reaction to the probability of him being 'long gone' as it were. Of course, her reaction is just as likely to be out of disappointment that something she has been looking forward to will no longer be possible. I expect I just continued on with the original train of thought regardless of the other possibilities. I expect I will soon get out of the mentality that comes with having mainly read mystery novels.
Much like the concept of smuntering, I find the scortium aspect of the flinker saga one of the most appealing aspects of the tale from a femdom perspective. One restrained virile male, in a venue otherwise occupied entirely by females, certainly does conjure up an image in ones mind!

Hmm.... it was a very long time ago I wrote it. But, if I remember correctly, Aarthloc the Flinker retrieved Marthen near the beginning of the book from the depths of the Helmwade - where she had been for over a hundred years in a state of suspended animation. And Cedala, Marthen's daughter, was similarly retrieved towards the end of the book when Aarthloc's plan to revive all those who had fallen into it partially worked.

Ah yes, here it is - Chapter 43:

"You're Marthen's daughter!" he exclaimed.
"I told you that," she said as though he was completely stupid, "But you are not her flinker. Where is he? What happened to him?"
"I have no idea," said the flinker, dazed.
"There are some very odd things happening," said Cedala. "There are some very weird people around. Have you any idea how long we were under the Helmwade? It must have been weeks."
"No," said the flinker, wondering how she would react if he told her. "It was well over a hundred years. Unless your mother's flinker was under the Helmwade as well, then he's long gone."

None of which means that I never make continuity errors - particularly in a long novel like this!

Susan, I love your portrayal of female characters in your novels.
With lead storyline characters like Shardine and Marthen, and the highly erotic portrayal of female empowerment, much in evidence in both Flinker novels, I would imagine that such brand of femdom writing is very attractive to any female who enjoys reading the exploits of strong female characters.
Despite their belated appearance in the Revenge of the Flinker sequel, Cedala and Steffine have all the indication of being strong, capable and confident young females, already displaying healthy appetites in terms of pleasures of the flesh. Oh to smunter a handsome stranger...........bliss!
I am very much looking forward to the third novel in the series, whenever that is ready for publication. In the meantime, I definitely hope to enjoy some of the considerable amount of femdom writing on offer, as my main recreational reading.

One of the aspects of this particular Susan Strict novel that I like is the fact that the older woman (Matogle possibly, Nagold definitely) does exist in the story. Although the seemingly relatively recent active participation in scortium events by Nagolds has had a negative effect, in terms of Flinker survival rates, this seems to make far more sense than everyone supposedly losing interest around the age of 49. Thus on any given day any Flinker
'on deck' at a scortium may be smuntered by any female between the age of 16 and 65. That's what I call domination!
